Tetiana Litvinchuk M.D.
Dr. Tetiana Litvinchuk comes to Quad Cities Pediatrics with 28 years of medical experience and a passion for children. Born in the Ukraine, she immigrated to the US in 2006 and became a naturalized citizen in 2009. She has one beautiful daughter, Kate, and a couple of spoiled furry babies! She has a heartfelt connection and genuine passion for the Ukrainian peace effort and is happy and relieved to have her parents here with her. She is a Board-Certified Pediatrician and an American Academy Of Pediatrics member. Dr. Tetiana is also an Alabama Osteopathic College of Medicine associate professor. Keeping your children safe and healthy brings joy to her. She is excited to care for your children.
Katie Schlarp CRNP
Katie Schlarp graduated from the University of North Alabama with her BSN in 2003. She worked as an RN in labor and delivery at Helen Keller Hospital for 10 years. She received her MSN in the family nurse practitioner track from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2013. Katie has 23 years of nursing experience but the last 13 years have been in pediatrics. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Katie sees all ages but does specialize in adolescent health. She and her husband, David, are co-owners of QCP. They have 2 daughters, Kyndal and Avery.
Jessica Byrd, CRNP, has 17 years of nursing experience and an associate degree from Calhoun Community College in 2009. She is the co-founder of the nonprofit Building Believers in Christ in Guatemala. She helped start the City of Refuge Medical Clinic and foster home in Guatemala. Jessica has 12 years of pediatric experience and graduated as a family nurse practitioner in 2019 from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. Jessica is fluent in Spanish. She has one son, Jackson, and they enjoy going on mommy-son dates together. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and she goes out of her way to provide the best care for her patients.

Kendra Flanagan CRNP
Kendra Flanagan, CRNP, comes to Quad Cities with 20 years of nursing experience in women's and children's areas. She graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, with her nurse practitioner in family medicine. She received her BSN from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida. Kendra has been married to her husband, Mark, since 1999 and has two daughters, Ella and Emma. Ella and her husband Jordan have one son, Nate. Her youngest daughter, Emma Kate who is in high school and will be driving soon! Kendra has been a part of the QCP family since May of 2021 and loves taking care of your little ones.
Kacie Fuller CRNP
Kacie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2007. She worked as an RN in the Emergency Department at Helen Keller Hospital for 5 years. Kacie received her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2011. Kacie has 10 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics. She and her husband, Eli, have three children: Zeke, Emory, and Jonas.
Taylor King, CRNP comes to QCP with 10 years of experience in pediatrics. Taylor graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Alabama in 2016. She worked at ECM and later, NAMC, as a registered nurse on the pediatric floor prior to furthering her education. Taylor graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2019 with her Master of Science in Nursing Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Speciality. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Taylor has 7 years of experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner with the past two years being at Quad Cities Pediatrics. She is happily married to her husband, Paden. They have two children, Parker Kate and Brooks. Taylor is so thankful for the opportunity to provide care for the children in our community. You may often find her walking through the office with a patient to get them a lollipop or a sticker!

Bonnie Cochran CRNP
Bonnie Cochran, CRNP graduated from UAH with her MSN in 2024 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her BSN from UNA in 2015. She has worked in a variety of areas as a nurse but found her passion working in pediatrics. She absolutely loves taking care of children of all ages and stages! She is passionate about compassionate care, educating families, and patient advocacy. She lives in the Florence area with her husband, Josh, four year old son, Wyatt, and six month old daughter, Willow! She enjoys being outside, learning new things, attending church, traveling, a good cup of coffee, spending time with family and any new adventures. You will be greeted with a smile and a hug! She considers it a blessing to care for the children in the Shoals area and can’t wait to meet you!
Alli Willcutt CRNP
Alli graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent four years caring for children and their families in the Pediatric Emergency Department in Huntsville. Outside of work, Alli enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach whenever she can, and making memories with her fiancé, Ben Johnson. They will be getting married in October 2026. She looks forward to meeting you and your family and is committed to providing the best care for your children while helping them grow and thrive.
Alexis Huggins CRNP
Alexis Huggins, BSN, MSN-FNP, RN, CRNP is a Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner. She has worked at Children’s of Alabama in the Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Huntsville Hospital’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Clearview Cancer Institute, and Total Health Walk-In Clinic. She received her BSN and MSN-FNP from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Alexis was born and raised in Northwest Alabama. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 year old, traveling, gardening, taking care of her dogs and chickens, baking, cooking, and making other homemade goods.
